Called and asked if they had a certain ring in stock that had sold out in the Wangaratta store; Ebony was so lovely and helpful and even went the extra mile to guarantee that the ring she found was the one I was looking for. Lauren was also so friendly and insightful on the phone with another enquiry. Customer service is at 110% for me.
