I have bad experience with this chemist, one of the customer service or whatever he is, is the oldest and most arrogant and rude person of them, he seems trying to continue what the others were doing from eying me immediately from the time I step inside this chemist to looking at me suspiciously. I thought they would stop such bad behaviour but it seems one of them is enjoying it.

I love the service at Cincotta Discount Chemist Stores. Not only do they offer great prices, you can always find someone who can help you. It's just a flawless customer experience. The store that I go to the most is the Merrylands store on 185 Merrylands Rd and I can't say enough about their great customer service. It's always a pleasure to shop there.

I came to pick up my prescription and was treated very poorly by one staff member. Such a sad experience considering I have been a customer for many years and all it really takes is 1 staff member to abolish the relationship built. Because of the way I was spoken to and felt belittled I will never revisit this establishment.

Conveniently located next to the GPs. It even has an entrance from inside GPs which is a ramp and not steps which is great for the elderly and wheelchair access. The staff at the store are friendly and helpful. They have bargains now and again which always a bonus.

Waited over 30 minutes for prescription, wasn't even busy in store. More expensive compared to other pharmacies for exactly the same medication. Must remind myself not to go there any more.

THE WORST CHEMISTWaited 40 minutes for a prescription only to be told one was out of stock.Should tell customers how long of a wait there is. When you have a sick child at home, the last thing you want is to wait 40 minutes and be told to come back. In the afternoon. They could have just been upfront so I could have gone elsewhere.This is not an isolated incident, there are always long waits. I just forgot how bad it was. Will not be returning. Tried to call to let Mary know how unacceptable the service is. Surprise surprise she was not available to take the call, staff couldn't find her.Absolutely unprofessional. The pharmacists were snappy at customers too.

This used to be a gold standard in terms of service. Now it's a shell of its past.Chronically understaffed, only 1 pharmacist who is actually dispensing. The machine dispenser has reduced the number of staff. People are complaining of long waiting time. Saturday morning and it's not that busy customer wise.Saturday

Honestly just don’t understand how they have 50 million people working in pharmacy and it takes 25 minutes minimum every time I come here!!!! SO SLOW!! Find a more efficient way of working
