Buyer beware - hidden fees. Customer service is fine, until you want to return something. This clause: '5.5 Returned Goods will be subject to a 20% handling and administration charge' is hidden on the website, but not declared on your invoice. It is not standard across all stores, but applies at Bendigo, due apparently to their lack of storage space". Never again! The whole experience left a lingering dissonance."

Very disappointed in a company I had previously enjoyed purchasing from. I purchased and paid for my dream sofa online, only to be told weeks later (after having been told the sale was successfully processed and progressing to dispatch) that due to a stock count issue, the sofa I had purchased was not actually available.The best offer the company would make to me (outside of a refund) was to upgrade to a different colour in the same product which would cost me $740 extra. They would look at" possibly arranging delivery."

We got couches for our new house here. The lady who helped us was awesome. Not pushy at all, but instantly knew the stock lines, and what was running out, and what would be part of the next year's lines. Really helpful with organising the delivery and very friendly.We've got our eye on the outdoor setting too for when we move!!Very, very happy. Thank you.

Put item on layby in January, told it would arrive in March.Short story, every month we got a txt to say another 3 to 4 weeks away. We cancelled our item in July.We bought from there because we were told it would be there by early April, at the latest.Until we called in May,they didn't even have the manners to ring and let us know

Lovely people! Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Couldn't fault the customer service. The product is high quality. We are renovating our old Victorian house and back bought all our light fittings, bed, table from here. Love this store.

Great furniture but the service is disgusting l picked up a desk and no one would help even get it close to my car let along give me a hand... an elderly gentleman helped me thank goodness otherwise l would have had to leave the desk there.... and when l asked for help the woman said NO we are not removalists... absolutely unacceptable.

A really pleasant experience. The staff were so friendly and extreamly helpful. My bed needed a couple of new parts and they were fantastic with their assistance. Very much appreciated.
