I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service and lack of knowledge about whiskey that I experienced during my recent visit to your establishment. As a whiskey enthusiast, I was looking forward to enjoying a quality selection of spirits and a knowledgeable staff that could guide me in my choices.However, my experience at your bar was far from enjoyable. The staff seemed untrained and their lack of knowledge about whiskey was apparent. Which was disappointing, to say the least.Furthermore, I found the prices to be extremely high, especially considering the poor service and lack of expertise. I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with my experience.I hope that you take my feedback seriously and consider investing in better training for your staff to improve the quality of service and knowledge about whiskey. Until then, I cannot recommend your bar to anyone who is looking to enjoy a quality whiskey experience.

Poor communicate between owner and manager! Was told we could come sing karaoke by the owner on 2 separate occasions without ID until 9 while we just wanted to sing not drink. Was refused entry at 6pm after coming out of our way very dissapointed asked for owner was told no. Won't be back
