Last year when my baby had to be put to sleep these guys were amazing. So kind, understanding and compassionate. Thus year my other babies come here and I highly recommend them. All the staff from the reception to the nurses and doctors are so professional and welcoming and always so willing to help whether it be medically or advice. My normally very scared and shy dogs absolutely love seeing Dr Jess Farrow and the team they put my babies anxiety (and mine) at ease especially when they are unwell. Couldn't ask for a better vet.

took my boy here because he had a bad bout of Pancreatitis, was happy with the treatment he got,but got charged $62 for one 160mg tablet of Cernia (Antimetic)later found out I could of bought a 4xpack online for $29.99.I think this is what creates alot of tension & suspicion between Vet and pet owners, I have no issue with paying for my pets treatment but I don't want to be ripped off either.*Edited with correction on ownership.

Just a quick thankyou to the staff that were there today as my son and I said goodbye to our cat of 16; years. Sorry for the funny noise I made as I notice the touching candle tribute to our loss. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts it meant so much.

Not even a star! Not happy with this Vet $900 and no decent answer dog got home and died because I couldnt get her in to be seen after being told if she got any worse to call spent more time on the phone with multiple vets trying to get her seen and she died while I was trying to get her help because they were booked out not good :(.

I recently visited Your Family Vet to have my dog Penny micro-chipped and my cat Timmy inoculated. The vets were so gentle and caring and did a wonderful job keeping my pets so calm and relaxed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception and waiting room is so clean. Will definitely make this my vet surgery.
