I could not have been happier with these guys. They went over and above to help me out. I rang at least 4 places to try and get a small sentimental chime and a gas fire remote fixed and no one would touch it. Kyle and his team fixed them for cheaper than I imagined possible. The service and communication was great. Highly recommend checking them out before simply tossing electronics in landfill. Thanks heaps guys.

Had xbox troubles after a blackout. They had the problem diagnosed, resolved and sale done in about 3 minutes. Super nice guys, I highly recommend their services. I'm a repeat customer for sure.

I brought my Macbook Pro in to have a screen replacement due to a cracked screen - The following week I was contacted and informed that the screen they had received from their supplier was faulty (which apprently happened often) and they needed to order another new screen. When I picked the laptop up and took it home, I noticed the lid was stiff and hard to open. Hours later, I then had the lid half closed and was attempting to open it, but when my thumb touched the top corner of the screen, it cracked and the screen went entirely black, making the laptop unusable. As this happened after business hours, but within hours of pick-up, I called the store the following day, where staff member Ethan said this is unusual and shouldn't happen, and to return the laptop so they can have a look. I also saw on their website that they have a 30 day warranty on all repairs so assumed the total lack of integrity of this screen or a mistake in the repair itself would be covered, as this seems like either faulty screen or faulty installation. After returning the laptop to the store, I received a call telling me that they cannot repair the screen as they did not see the crack happen and that their warranty only covers glitchy screens"

Had Iphone 11 screen replaced today service was awesome, super friendly and helpful. Fixed within the hour and was the cheapest (I called about 8 different places and their price was by far the best!) Highly recommended their services!

Thanks to Kyle and the team, my work pc was quickly upgraded from a blue screening nightmare to a Windows 11 wonder box. I’m glad I rang Nofusscomputers, Charlestown.
