My husband and myself had caravan issues and desperate to have them rectified, we came into this shop and was greeted by young Bruno (Cameron), nothing was too much trouble, he went over and beyond to help us out in our time of need. Bruno's Dad was very knowledgeable and such a lovely man, we ended up purchasing two new batteries (another issue that was picked up) and needed to get onto a plumber, which we were helped with.We cannot recommend this shop highly enough, the service and dedication to their customers is second to none. We believe the price charged for their batteries was very good.All the best to you all.

I had problems with my secondary battery powering my brass monkey fridge in my Prado. I went in to see these guys who were all very helpful. Right from the outset the guy in the store helped and put me onto the auto sparky working in the batter section of the workshop. They went above and beyond to fit me in. Trouble shooter my wiring problem from previous auto sparky and had me on the road with my my fridge and battery/dcdc charger are working properly. So now my fridge and power system are operating correctly and efficiently. Special thanks the auto sparky that really went out of his way to get me going again. Five stars. Also very reasonably priced.

Having fridge issues whilst travelling we pulled into Outback Solar Mareeba & was greeted by Neil, who not only knew what the problem was immediately, he went about discussing & recommending ways of fixing our issues. We had such a great experience! We came to outback solar after we paid nearly $1000 for another bussiness to NOT fix my solar issue. It ended up only being a broken wire and these guys squeezed us in even though they were super busy already. They charged us $60 and sent us on our way, fixed and ready to go. Definitely head here if your in town and need some help with solar or batteries ect.

Wow! I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service I received today at Outback Solar. I am working through my first solar install project, and I came with heaps of questions. Grant was kind enough to help me with all of my needs, even going so far as drawing me helpful diagrams, attaching the battery terminals and wire leads, and heat shrinking everything together for me. As I am not working in a shop with access to industrial grade tools, you can imagine what a relief this all was. I'm now confident about wrapping up my project, and couldn't be happier about it! I was looking for an almost impossible bit of gear for my car fridge. The boys were able to sort my request in very short order. Well done lads.

Working while travelling around Qld was becoming frustrating due to poor cellular service in some areas. We were recommended to see the guys at Outback Solar & Outdoors. They didn't dissapoint & set us up with a Mobile phone repeater for our caravan & we now have full 4G service. Wade & his co-worker were extremely helpful & informative & Wade even called the next morning to make sure all was working ok. That is the kind of customer service you really respect. Outback Solar was recommended to me. I needed more solar power for my campervan but not enough space on the roof to add another panel. Out came the tape measure and the solution was to remove the old panels and replace with two larger panels which would fit and doubled my solar capacity along with a new regulator. The cost was reasonable and completed by lunchtime by friendly staff. I am delighted with the result, I have enough power for my needs when stationary for a few days and on cloudy days. Now I can really enjoy my travels. Thank you so much.
