This is THE place to go to for total wellness and recovery treatment. I’ve been visiting the highly trained and specialised therapists for injury treatment and every session is tailored to ensure great improvements in mobility, pain reduction, and overall physical health. The treatments are unique every visit and attentive to the progression of my injury. The results from the infrared light, sauna and ice bath therapy during and after the massage are unparalleled to any other therapy I have had. My injuries were substantial nerve and ligament damage in my arms, shoulders and spine and I cannot express how significant these sessions have been towards my recovery and overall health. If you’re after results this is the place to go.

Had a very good remedial massage by Nikita . I had lots of tight muscles & knots in my muscles which Nikita could feel & worked on removing them. Nikita is very knowledgeable, motivated and keen to help people. I have rebooked for another massage in 4 wks.

I was really apprehensive at the first to have a colonic it was because I only ever use an open system.After the experience of having the treatment with John it was absolutely perfect some of the problems that I have suffered with in the past with an open system was no longer a problem an I wasn't totally exhausted after treatment.What I liked is the intensity of the treatment is done on a case-by-case basis of how your health is presenting at the time.John's really professional person with a loads of knowledge about various health conditions and dealing with people in critical health crisis which made him a really good practitioner. He also does a really good firm massage as well which is great.PERFECT and exactly what I needed thank you hunter wellness.!!!
