Had previously gone with bigger design companies that would design things that were beautiful but not practical and cost conscious. Came across ponder studios for consultations and am I glad I met the owner Billy. Very knowledgeable with architectural and construction procedures that have helped our development planning cut half the cost without compromising on aesthetics or quality that I would of spent if I had gone elsewhere.The communication from ponder has been responsive and transparent. Making sure that every stage was explained to our understanding and the expectations were realistic and attainable.Would highly recommend ponder studios to anyone that is serious about getting their property development and architectural design done right.
