I was here for about a year working as a casual. I worked very hard to get full-time here but unfortunately the manager and supervisor didn’t like me because I suffer with short term memory loss. The workers on my shift were great guys. Anyways I went into work like it was just another day but little did I know it would be my last, so I ended up getting sacked without any notice or warning. So I advise if you’re willing to work hard I’d suggest you save your energy and look at other companies that don’t discriminate against vulnerable people. They advertise it as a forklift position, but once you start working it’s mainly just very hard labour so you’re rarely ever operating a forklift, you’re better off using your forklift license elsewhere where you earn more while doing less. Only good thing was learning the bobcat that was about it.
