Kiara by Meriton leasing office

Had a great tenancy at Kiara for 15 months. Dean the building manager was extremely helpful and very responsive. Amenities were always clean and well maintained (including gym, pool, BBQ area etc). No complaints at all and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Lived in a Kiara apartment by Meriton for over 2 years, Dean was our property manager from day one. Nothing but good things to say about both the unit and Dean. Any queries answered quickly and plenty of notice for inspections etc. We moved in and out by booking a lift through the internal portal which made it easy, with good access to a removal truck. The apartment itself was very clean, as too was the pool sauna and gym equipment.Cant rate this place enough.

I have been a resident at here at Kiara for nearly one year now, I have had nothing but smooth and stressless transition, I had a couple of choices on liveble locations in the area when I was looking to move to this area, however I choose Dean, Dean has a very approachable and professional approach to everything he does. No issue too big or small and is resolved in a timely manor.Dean is very friendly and makes time for all his residents spread across his buildings, this to me is an amazing factor coming from a previous building manager that didn't give two F***s.If you arelooking to come to Mascot and was unsure where to begin have a chat to Dean and see for your self.my appratment is large enough for a family two bed all the ammenities that a Merriton offer, and with in many different price ranges

The Kiara Apartments Meriton at 12 Galloway St, Mascot are great apartments, very spacious & they are in a great location, mins by train to Sydney CBD & other great suburbs & very convenient. I want to especially recommend how outstanding our building manager Dean is, he is very polite, down to earth & friendly and will help whatever is required. I cant express how the cleaning staff, security & maintenance staff are on top of things and how polite they are as well. I am usually out the door early every morning & I guarantee the cleaner is there mopping the lifts with a smile & says hello. So yes the Kiara by Meriton are 5 stars to me.

My roommates and I have been living within the Kiara building by Meriton for 15 + months now.The Meriton Management team have been very supportive and engaging throughout the entire experience.A special consideration / thank you to Dean Tsanis who has maintained both a positive professional and personal relationship with us during our entire Tenancy. Great service.

I would Like to thank a lot our Building Manager Dean on 10 Galloway street and the regional manager Arthur and whole Meriton management for their quick service, nice behavior, and humanitarian feeling, I had a problem in my apartment, Aurthur the regional manager called me on the phone to check out how he can support and booked me accomodation till my apartment being fixed and the gentleman Dean did come at night late to check the apartment and give hand.In the next day , Dean all the day was calling me and following up the worker and plumber and cleaner to fix the apartment.Arthur and Dean did support mea lot to not feel alone during this problemI would like to thank again these two managers, for their big support and help .

Dean provides exceptional service. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with in all aspects, including clearly communicating any updates, promptly addressing any maintenance issues, inspections are professional and always happily greets you when passing his office area.Amenities are always well maintained (including gym, pool, BBQ area etc). Cleaners are always very friendly and take pride in their work.Thanks Dean and cleaners! Meriton are lucky to have you on their team! Keep up the great work!

Top class Apartment in a great location..Myself and my husband lived in the building in mascot for 1-1/2 years and it truly is an amazing apartment! We are so sad to leave but we need s bigger space. A massive thanks to Dean the building manager for everything! He’s a gent and extremely helpful. We will miss living here.

Beautiful apartments that include many amazing features and amenities, all staff provided exceptional customer service, especially Dean our building manager. Dean made the whole process of renting extremely professional and took care of any problems or maintenance issues. Myself and my partner are very thankful we still have Dean and the other staff as our building managers/ security.
