I bought 4 Cooper tyres from Bones Tyres in July 2017. The kms noted on the invoice were 144,000.I was told there was a 60,000 km guarantee.Fortunately and coincidentally, on a recent car service, my mechanic noted the front passenger side tyre was barely legal, due to a serious lack of tread.I rang Bones Tyres last Friday and spoke to Paul, who said his boss would be back on Monday, and added my purchase was not on the current computer system, but that his boss would be able to get into the previous system.First thing on Tuesday, I took my car in to Bones. Paul searched the current system, but to no avail. However, he assured me his boss would call me shortly.I then went home, found my receipt, and returned to Bones. Paul noted my car now had 185,665 kms on the clock, being well below the 60,000 km guarantee threshold.Again, I was assured Bones would call me today, on finishing a task.At the COB today, I have had no communications, as promised.This is very poor record keeping.This is also very poor customer service.The Cooper tyres guarantee was not honoured.This is very poor business practices.We all deserve better than this.

Prices and desk service was great. Wheel balancing was terrible, with car shaking at 80kph. Had to have balancing done again to solve problem. Had already moved on from Armidale, so it cost me extra $$$

Got new tyres all round the other day. They were really helpful and didn't make me wait too long. They have a nice waiting room, and the secretary was kind enough to let me change the channel to the tennis, cause if I had to sit there and watch the reality show any longer I would've gouged my eyes out with a rusty fork! Good prices too, so I recommend them highly.

Dropped off tyre to be fixed on a Friday afternoon and said it will be ready on Monday. Went in on the Wednesday, not done. This is the 5th time I have been here and the other 4 times tyre repairs have been late. I only post this as there was no sorry, or discount. The young lady was very nice about it and I couldn't say a bad word about her !! I'm not one to bring up the negative but, sometimes businesses should know where they have gone wrong. Good luck in the future.

Friendly and accomodating service. He searched a stack of stores to find me some options and a good price on tyres. Bones was operating on a reduced staff but still managed to fit me in for 2 new front tyres the follow day. A positive result. Definitely recommend Bones tyres, and 2 friendly little sausage dogs greeted me in the waiting room, what more could you ask for.
