Just so you know, a huge proportion of the cadet body is required to pay for our own meals, so yes we do know how much each meal costs, and yes we do know how much better value we would be getting if we spend this amount outside instead.Prior to joining this industry, a sizeable number of us have also had years of experience working with clients and external vendors in our previous jobs, so it is... perplexing (to say the least), to see the way that you, as a vendor, interact with and react to your client's requests. (In my previous roles, for example, I have never seen any catering company demand that we clean and wash their trays before they collect them). Did it not dawn on you that perhaps the reviews posted here were borne out of frustration that not much improvement was being made despite *months* of feedback through the correct channels" (as you put it)? The food quality and taste is terrible. Food portion is also too small for the price. Most of the time the food is either overcooked or not cooked well.Avoid this caterer if possible, not worth the price.

been using these guys for a few years now- good healthy food, feedback from attendees to workshops is good!

Fresh Convenience catered our Melbourne Cup team lunch this year. It was fantastic! The food was fresh, tasty and prepared so nicely. We will definitely use Fresh Convenience Catering again.

Fresh Convenience made catering for a staff function so easy and stress free. The ordering system is super easy, any questions I had were answered promptly. Delivery was on time and all the items ordered were hot. We will definitely use them again.

One of the best catering I've ever had at my workplace. Their Christmas courses were fantastic - lamb, salsa, and potato salad were a hit. The caterers were fantastic as well and so friendly!
