Oxley Village Vet

I would like to whole heartedly recommend this little practice to other pet lovers. We have had a number of experiences here now and Cindy and her staff have always shown the utmost sincerity and diligence in the delivery of care to our beloved pets, big and small.This not a franchise run clinic and there are no sales pressures or gimmicks, just a wonderful team of dedicated people.

Cindy is fantastic, she genuinely cares for your pets and takes her time and is always happy to answer any questions. Vet nurses Kelly and Emily are great too they remember the names of your pets as soon as you walk in the door and have always been extremely helpful over the phone. I have always been happy with the personable service that we have received.

The care and treatment provided by this local vet is first class. Mazie, the younger dog has had 2 ACL ops and surgery on her front leg to resolve a dysplasia issue. Diesel, now a senior dog has had a few issues that were quickly seen to and resolved. Cindy and Kelly have been fantastic in their care for both dogs and providing information and reassurance when needed.

I have been taking my pets here for years, even after moving away from the area and being much closer to other vets it's absolutely worth the drive back to Oxley.The staff are always friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable as well as kind and compassionate. One of my dogs is incredibly nervous and Dr Cindy always goes out of her way to make my dog as comfortable as possible, and we have seen a dramatic and positive change in my girl's anxiety levels since we began coming here.My questions are always answered, options explained, and I feel very comfortable that my pets are in the best hands here. Highly recommend.

Oxley has waited years for a kind and caring Vet who is more interested in helping our pets rather than how much money they can make out of us.Cindy and her team always make our little dog feel like she is the only client of the day no matter how busy they are.

Yoshi practically throws himself at Dr Cindy - he knows that she will make him feel better and that he can catch a few treats while he is getting treatment. The vet team is always transparent on costs and alternatives when these may be available. Very happy to have such a trustworthy partner in pet care.

We’ve had to move a lot over the years and in that time been to many vet clinics. Oxley Village Vet clinic has been fantastic! Dr Cindy has great knowledge, attention to detail. Our dog, Chancer, appreciates her calm kind demeanour (and the tasty treats!). The nurses are also always lovely to deal with. We can usually get an appointment in a good turnaround and never have trouble contacting the clinic - if they aren’t able to answer the phone they are very good at responding to email.

Cindy was absolutely amazing when we had to say goodbye to our old boy. She was gentle and compassionate throughout the whole process. Thank you Cindy and team

Cindy and her team are fantastic.Cindy is so lovely, she explains things well and never tried to push 'extra' services on me. She gave my cat extremely high quality care, and she didnt rush.She took a minimalist approach to my cat's care instead of just overloading him with injections.Cost wise, this vet clinic is the best priced one I have been to. And I've been to vets in 3 different states for my cat's ongoing skin condition.The overall level and quality of care was comparable to none. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.
