Had a bad experience at this shop, the bloke exploded and was so rude over a failed repair they had done, a very little matter.I was polite, calm and showed respect to him.Will never go there again as this was uncalled for, the other worker tried to calm this matter down. Never again

First class job on all our shoe repair needs, and also very fast on watch battery servicing on my Longines watch.Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a first class job.

Have had a really good experience fixing two pairs of boots and getting keys cut at the same time with two kids in tow. This has been my go to for a few years now and they never fail to help out and fix the near impossible. I am so grateful for the assistance and kind service especially towards my children who asked a lot of questions.

Terrible service. Broke my item then refused to fix it. Man was shouty and trying to intimidate me. Wife grabbed my item and tried to rip it out of my hands. Very uncomfortable experience, especially as a women, to be threatened by the male owner. Avoid this place at all costs!!

My 'go to' for keys, TOPY heels or any shoe needs, watch batteries for super quick, quality, good value and friendly service. Have been coming here for >10 years (even when I have lived abroad or overseas ... I have waited to come here for my needs!)

Fantastic service,I needed my R.M Williams boots resoledquickly job was faster and cheaper than quoted elsewhere and workmanship was impeccable.These guys are true tradesman.Highly recommended old fashioned polite service.
