Absolutely mess with four team member wonder around offering little to no help. Nobody in this store took pride in themselves let alone the store. Very disappointing experience

Bought some items onsale as gifts, but some didn't fit. You cannot return, refund, store credit or anything. I have to donate them and buy again now?!

Visited the Bowral store today.The change rooms were absolutely filthy! The floor was covered in a thick layer of grey dust and fluff. The walls were smeared with smudges of goodness knows what!? I completely lost the desire to buy something from there. I walked out, all I wanted to do was go home and wash my hands and clothes.

Previous review is 100% correct. They have so much pride in themselves yet not a single service was given to us. Staff needs to be more mindful to customers as they aren't very welcoming, they don't pay attention to customers and can't get the email correct for when sending out a digital receipt which I had to contact their head office in VIC.

It’s not surprising reading other reviews. I was visiting Bowral and was given a heads up before going to Ghanda about the rude staff. Unfortunately they met that expectation. Shame that a store is known for this.
