One star is for the polite gentleman beside the door, he is very friendly. Another star is for the brand itself. However, the service there is terrible. Some staffs there have very little knowledge about the product. I have to say not every customer is coming here for the Birkin or Kelly, or any other products that need to have 1:1 sell. Better wipe off the arrogance, and stop persuading customers buying useless product, otherwise you are just throwing mud for your own brand.

Very poor, rude service. Bad experience w this store. Lucy answered the phone and I did the greeting courtesy and then pose my enquiries through. She immediately shut me out by giving the infamous toxic response and said she dont know who I am and won't tell me anything further and gave excuse that it would be against their policy. She told me to go get connected with a staff instead and/or put a wishlist. I have shopped with this brand before (both GC & bne stores and also other country) and I know your policy well. This is the first I've heard of such policy. Jokes on you Lucy. This brand is well and highly respected in the past until your staff starts creating this toxic environment for customers and themselves, and then run to HR crying that they got abused by customers.Take your money elsewhere people, or at least avoid this staff or store. They don't realise our purchases contribute to their salary (lol).

The service is decent, and the staff is friendly. Just Sunday afternoon is apparently a busy time and everyone was occupied with serving other customers. In general, I am happy with the experience.

Had a pleasant shopping journey recently. Highly recommend Stella to anyone who want to buy from shop. She is patient and highly knowledgeable about the product. I will definitely shop back

Beautifully designed new Hermes store on the Gold Coast. Timeless look and feel, natural stone finishes, elegantly lit and quite a larger store than you might have expected. The window displays are usually like works of art. Just opposite Luis Vuitton in Pac Fair.

A bigger selection than the Brisbane store for sure. Their displays were very beautiful, and the staff warm and welcoming.

I was greeted with great customer service on my visit, Lucy was friendly and attended to my preferences. She was attentive and actively listened to what I was shopping for.Thank you to Lucy and the rest of the team at Pacific Fair, Hermes.

Worst shopping experience in my life. Wanted to buy a pair of sandal this morning but staff was very rude. She was using her phone nearly the whole time, didn’t even ask if we needed a hand. I felt disrespected when she gave me the sandal right next to my face and then back to her phone straight away. Hey, do you think that customers will be happy to buy something if you treat them that way? I’ve never encountered this kind of customer service anywhere else. Very disappointed!
