Pizza was very good, when it finally arrived. We got there at 6:30pm and our first pizza showed up at 8:04pm. It was hard to talk over the loud Frank Sinatra music. For about a 40 minute stretch we had empty glasses and seemed to be ignored by staff. The proprietor's behaviour is normally bizarre but tonight took the cake - roaming around, hugging people, singing along with Frank. I don't blame the staff who I note are always being recruited.Nice Pepperoni and New York pizza but strap in for a Fawlty experience.

*Yum yum*We visited The Stables earlier in the day for coffee and decided we really must return to the wood fired pizza for dinner.I really appreciated the tender loving care the owners put into cooking their pizza - complete with friendly customer service!Support this local business if you ever pass through Malmsbury.

Warm, welcoming, and wonderful place for delicious food and friendly service.Tasty Greek cuisine made and served with love.We dug in quickly so I missed taking a pic. The garlic bread was my favourite and everything else - the spanakopita, the olives, the saganaki special - a close second. Yummy!

Excellent, attentive service and a beautiful, delicious meal of Greek cuisine. The pizzas looked great too. Good outdoor seating on a deck where you can look across to Malmsbury Botanical Gardens, and later enjoy a stroll there after a terrific dining experience.

Attended The Stables for dine-in on a Saturday night with my partner, ordered the Pate, Garlic Bread, Moussaka and desserts. All of the food was amazing and the service incredibly welcoming and kind. True, fresh authentic food and would come back in a heartbeat!

Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was very welcoming. Kosta is a brilliant host. Would go again, though I feel bit on the pricey side.Great for a Sunday drive out to the country and grab a meal at The Stables located just off the main street.Menu - plenty of pizza selections. We started with the platter (came with pitta bread) and sour dough bread x 2, balsamic/oil dip x1. Thoroughly enjoyed.Next it was Spaghetti Carbonara with chicken was $37 x 3, Spaghetti Bolognase $27 x1 , can't remember what the others got.Would like to see more main selection on menu and perhaps open kebab/ shaslick to go with the Mediterranean theme.All up 6 adults and a child $360 which included 2 bottles of beer (no other alcohol).

Delicious, best saganaki and pizza we've had. Cosy and lovely atmosphere with very friendly service. Will definitely be back to try the other amazing looking items on the menu. The chef spoke to us about his wholesome ingredients and authenic approach, and you can tell in the great flavours! Highly recommend.

The service, atmosphere and friendly owners are imperative to why I always go back. The pizzas are authentic and it's always a divine experience. Thanks for being a fun place to visit with family & friends and treating me like a loyal customer when I make a booking.
