Excellent value for money. We paid $95 for a cabin type demountable. We could hear the trucks on the main road nearby from our room, however, it wasn't too noisy to sleeo. Room had a fridge, microwave and cutlery. Linen supplied on main bed and extra $10 for linen on the bunk bed (we didn't need). Lots of birds in cages which was a different experience. This place has a pool, gym, outdoor BBQ/ bush kitchen and laundry. The building and facilities are old and had problems, however, adequately maintained and expected for the price. We would stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not sure about the rooms as I am camping on a tent site! But i can say I am (still) enjoying my stay here - excellent facilities (too cold for the pool though ;-) and Kim and her staff are friendly, and ensure guests are happy. All in all a pleasant atmosphere, and very close to Nambour, a central spot on the Sunshine Coast. Recommended for an overnight or extended stay with many accomadation options. And pet friendly to boot! Lost count of the aviaries.... :-)

With all the trees surrounding this little park, it feels like a great natural area and the camp kitchen is tidy. As the caravan sites are under palm trees, the falling branches land on caravan roofs. The caravan next door who has a semi-permanent site mentioned he has had to replace 2 shattered roof vents from this issue in 12 months and we had 2 limbs drop on ours in the 7 days we were there. The trees really are beautiful, but again there's another issue of constant leaves, palm nut/seeds which covered our van and needed a fair bit of elbow grease to remove.Amenities were neglected, stank, every surface had a sticky layer and the 70's looking rusty hand dryer blew cold air (no paper towel).Pretty tight to get our 208' foot caravan in and out of the site

Unfortunately not a place for families. We wish we had been told that this campsite was not child friendly before booking. Many elderly people live here (we did not know this) and do not tolerate any noise whatsoever. Some extreme religious people also live here and accosted me in the kitchen about wanting a wife!! We stayed over the long weekend and our children were just being kids - excited to use the pool and park and we were abused for them making noise between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Our dog accidentally got off her leash and walked 2 meters in front of us in which we ran after her and leashed her immediately. The manager aggressively told me that if it happened again he would put her in the pound and said he will be watching us on his “cameras”. I was crying and apologising profusely but he was rude, smug and unwilling to have a civil conversation over a very minor incident. I also approached the other campers and apologised for the children making noise. Many were good about it and appreciated the gesture but many also explained that this is not a place for kids and they don’t want any noise at all. I understand this but it’s up to management to notify people of this before booking. Due to the hostility, religious nuts telling us we will go to hell if we don’t repent and requesting wife “duties”, and being completely in child friendly, we felt we had no choice but to leave. They are refusing to refund us for the nights we couldn’t stay which is their prerogative but displays an attitude and business practice of poor customer service. Internet did not work either. I gave two stars because the Bush land is pretty, does have all facilities needed for a budget stay and would suit a very quiet single person. I have camped and hiked in many different place with and without children and this is the worst treatment I have ever come across. We did everything we could to contain our children and unfortunately they spent most of the time on screens inside our camper as we were all afraid of the people running the place and our beloved pet being taken away. Still waiting on refund and an apology response.
