At the time of my visit the staff assistance was lacking, the store was a mess but I put that down to customers not caring and just placing items everywhere except where they got them from. I'm sure they have it all under control by now.

This is a reasonable store, though service is nonexistent and it's a long walk from the front of the store to the rear. The staff don't seem to know the stock they have. Not thrilled with this store. The quality of clothing is garbage and poorly made.

Firstly, i really have nothing to say about the refund system because the socks i was wearing with the pants had become blue and the staffs' response was 'I CAN'T REFUND OR EXCHANGE AS YOU HAVE TAKEN OFF TAGS'. My question is Has anyone actually wore their clothes with tags??????????? and i wasn't able to know its color will be applied on my body.lastly, their solution for this was 'maybe just take a wash' and i did even wash but it comes off with artificial blue.
