Andrew, Lee-Ellen and the team here are life savers ! We pulled up completely stressed out over an issue on our vehicle. Having a 9hr drive ahead of us. They Instantly put us at ease, everything was explained and nothing seemed to bother them at all. They got the part quickly and had it fitted in no time at all. All this on a busy Friday afternoon. They were able to help us out of a pickle pretty quickly with lots of communication to help ease our stress. Can’t thank them enough! Forever grateful. Your in good hands here. Can't fault this branch of JAX. First time customer getting 4 tyres and wheel alignment done. Got a good price and they are a professional group of people. Clean workshop and friendly staff. From the time I walked into the office, I was treated with respect and felt like I was listened to. Price was good and the tyres arrived and even bumped me from a Monday to Friday afternoon. A little over an hour for fitting and tyres looked amazing. A great team with fantastic, no nonsense customer service
