7-Eleven

I was absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of one of the employees here on Saturday the 13th at approx 2am. I walked in to find the attendant aggressively yelling and berating a lady, demanding that she leave the store. The poor lady was obviously very flustered and upset as she tried to transfer money to pay, whilst the attendant continued to yell at her and demand she left. I was about to call the police and report the incident when I noticed her partner arrived.There is absolutely no excuse or reason for this type of behaviour, and although I will never go back to that store I honestly hope the attendant lost his job, as a bare minimum.

Your customer service is appalling. I came to your store and an Indian guy working there was very rude, disrespectful and arrogant. He told me to leave the store in a rude and arrogant manner which is a shame on your customer service. I hope you guys work on improving your customer service and will never come back to your store and will definitely recommend my friends to do the same. I am very upset and dishearten. SHAME!! (can't give less than one star).

Just came to the petrol station in 27th August, 4:49 am. The person serving me said how to do my purchase because I was wasting his time. Then he got into and argument with me and said he doesn't care about me as a customer. The worst customer service I received in my lifetime. I have seen other types before. But saying in face of a customer what the customer should do, how to do his purchase, how long he should do, this is the first time. The guy there totally hates his work. Whatever he is. Manager/owner or worker, he doesn't like the work at all. I request the management to take action. I will also lodge a formal complaint.

Worst 7 eleven i ever visted the customer service is utter gutter by that specs guy. I slipped $1 coffee by mistake and i went ahead and i apologized to him and clean the mess and in return what i get is i get charged for two coffees??? And he didnt even said thats ok i clean it up or thats fine when i said sorry. Infact he was thowing attitude. Whoever is the store manager needs to have a discussion with such type of employess. R u being legit serious i am a regular customer to this store. Very disappointed with the way i was treated its not that i cant pay for two coffee but it was about how you treat and respect your customer. I just cant stop my self from writing so much abt the experience i had.

Drove alot just to find the 7 eleven. Says cannot let me buy anything (apperently they got delivery)I think management has to be better at managing this. Clients waste their time coming in. If they wanna get delivery and cannot service. Then just dont say u are open 24/7 !(I was the only customer in there btw) he could have spared 10 seconds if he wanted toHappened at around 3am on 13th may

Would give no stars if i could. The cashier forced me to pay double the price for a mega slurpee just because i put 2 flavours into the cup. Unfair service.

Very poor customer service. I’ve made my long black coffee which was soo hot and the staff refused me to use any spare cup or a cup holder with a rude attitude

What kind of staff refuses catchup with ready to eat snacks.I am new in Australia and have visited other petrol stations but 7 eleven I will make sure no one in my contact visit and specially this one.

Very and customer service and very rude staff which kept me waiting outside the store for almost 23 min at night time around 1:05 am.
