As business owner of BIM, Mark has very active hands-on role in assisting all owners and Committee members in our strata building. Tracy ( BIM ) the lady at the office is a delight to deal with... nothing is too much trouble, she is an excellent accounts personnel, Tracy always replies to owners calls/emails and will seek out the facts if they are not at hand.If you are looking for a reputable and efficient quality builder with honesty, integrity and deliver the work in promptly manner, BIM is the correct choice. Our strata has also experienced first rate of builder's warranty period that is guaranteed by BIM. When we found out that part of BIM work need to be revisited as part of warranty work, Mark Meredith took charge from day one and prioritised the warranty work promptly. Our strata plan was treated with up-most urgency and the repair work was treated and finished in 2 weeks. I have dealt with Mark & his team on 3 different projects now, here at our apartment block.Every time I deal with BIM, I have a great sense of relief that I have the most competent people coming to site, who will always give me a great solution at a good price. I hired BIM to help me with some Concrete Cancer repairs on my elderly parents home in Belrose. I found their quote to be competitive and I was impressed by their knowledge and expertise. We have been using BIM Sydney for several years as our preferred remedial contractors they are always professional, on time and go above and beyond for our customers couldn’t recommend them enough!

We found Harry, Olivia and their team cost-effective, great communicators through the process and timely when we needed them to come and do our work.
