Huge tasty pies, hot coffee, sandwiches and sweet cakes. Sausage rolls, party pies, curry puffs, pasties and more.Pies are not oily, golden crispy flaky top pastry. I can see why they win so many awards. Only downside is mostly beef pies.Staff are attentive and friendly.Great choices for catering platters for work lunch or parties.One of the better pie places.

The price is ok, the taste of coffee and cake was average. They served black forest cake inside a takeaway paper bag, which I dont feel good for cake to be served.

Busy little place for a Saturday. Everyone knows it's there inside a light industrial area. Family owned since 1988.

Best steak & kidney pie. Lots of meat and delicious sauce. Crispy delicious. Great range of sweets too. Don’t do anywhere else for pie and coffee. Seating inside or outside. Offsite parking.

A great tasty and value for money pies and pasties. Tucked in the suburb with many commercial shops.There are parking on the road side and within the shop premise.The have a small shaded outdoor area for dine-in for about 4-5 tables.The shops caters quite a few types of food. Besides pies and pasties, they have made to order sandwiches, cakes and Vietnamese rolls and salads.The pies and pasties have balanced flavour and not over 'salty'; over power saltiness is an issue for me with pies. Can call up to reserve and pick up with 30 mins.Hope you have a good experience.

Used to be good. Removing a star for rude service, a star for getting basic order wrong and most importantly, a star for the lack of fetta in a spinach and fetta roll which tasted bitter.They're really skimping out on quality these days. The only thing worth going back for is their custard horns... but not if you're made to feel like a nuisance when supporting a local business.

Wow!! These pies are enormous and well priced, they also had my favourite style of pie the mighty steak and kidney. If I had to knit pick it would only be that my pie was slightly sweeter than I normally like it but that was shadowed by the overall experience at this bakery. Great find, would go again to satisfy any pie craving.

Average food and rude customer service! Typical service from a cold Asian lady.I don't know how this place is rated so high! Got in the shop I said good morning and I was completely ignored and said good morning a second time, that typical cold lady turn around and she goes I heard you but I'm thinking of something - that's absolutely disgraceful and rude - I was in a state of shock following her reply. Anyhoo, will never come back to your store.

I first discovered Golden Bakery in the 90’s when I first came here for work. This was before Pie Eating was a serious endeavour and Facebook pie pages did not exist. I thought they were a pretty good pie.Now we have Facebook pages like Perth Pie Hunters, we are getting serious. Reading the reviews, I was not sure if these guys rated or not. Today, work brought me to within a kilometer of Golden Bakery at lunch time so I thought I would refresh my memory.I again went for the Cheese and Bacon double, pie and sausage roll.The pie was enormous! Weighing in 364g it was maybe the heaviest pie I have weighed. I do prefer quality over quantity, so I dug in for the taste test. I was not disappointed. This pie had everything you want in a cheese and bacon pie. I would have liked more visible cheese but the flavour was present and it had a real piece of bacon in there. The meat and gravy was predominantly mince and it had a slightly sweet taste which I enjoyed.The cheese and bacon sausage roll was also very good
