Amazing friendly staff. Our Photographer was amazing and just knew exactly what would suit our family! Forgot to bring our formal clothes but ended up taking amazing photos in just our casual clothes. Very relaxed setting, very natural and the quality of the images are just to die for! Not to mention our designer who take the time to go through all our photos individually and having to deal with my indecisive self. What can I say but Thank you!! Highly recommend Verve Portraits

They were amazing throughout the whole process from the moment we walked into the studio they were all so welcoming. Their customer service was outstanding and the finish product was unbelievable. I recently had a photography session with Verve Portraits along with my sister and her one-year-old daughter, and I must say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable.The staff at Verve Portraits were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the session. Our photographer, in particular, was amazing at capturing beautiful shots of my niece, despite her being so young and restless. She was patient, kind and knew exactly how to get the perfect shot.The studio itself was also very impressive. It was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect backdrop for our photos. The props and accessories that were provided added a nice touch to the pictures and made them more fun and creative.Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience with Verve Portraits. The staff was professional and welcoming, the photographer was excellent, and the final pictures were absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend Verve Portraits to anyone looking for high-quality family portraits or any other type of photography. They truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

Great experience at the Surrey Hills studio. The photographer made us feel very comfortable during the shoot, and captured some beautiful shots of my little family. The design consultation too was conducted with professionalism and warmth. Our experience at Verve was better than I could ever have imagined. Gabriel our photographer was caring, funny and able to put us at ease instantly.Once the photo shoot was over and we came back to look at the photos, Cass took her time to go through every image and help us make the best choice to select a package that suited us. You can really see that the staff love their job and display warmth, fun and excellent service. They go above and beyond which make the experience a pleasure. I initially thought that the shoot was going to be this serious and awkward typical old school fam shoot however it was unique in that they are very family friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and feel at home. Matt was amazing during the shoot and his experience shows, along with his ability to connect with the kids. It was also great to go through the photos with Cass and she was very helpful and showed empathy for our needs and went above and beyond too. Thank you all at Verve! Oh and I just add that the photos are amazing which captured the genuine special moments that are real and not your typical posed fam photos. Highly recommend!

My husband and I booked in a family shoot at Verve and to be honest I was very nervous beforehand. 3 children under 4 was a challenge in my mind although the session went wonderfully and we and our little girls had a lovely time. Samantha, our photographer, was very calm, kind and clever when it came to getting little people to cooperate and we walked out of the shoot with a positive experience and good memories. Thanks!

This is the second time we have come to Verve Portraits Surrey Hills and yet again they didnt disappoint us. They managed to capture real us and we love each and every picture they took. Definitely recommend for anyone who like to get a picture value for life long.
