Absolutely awesome experience at this nail salon, compared to other places I’ve been where the atmosphere can have me on edge, I was very relaxed the whole time I was getting me nails done. The salon was neat and tidy and the lady that did my nails, Lily, did such an excellent job on my nails with great attention to detail. Could not be a happier customer!!

Excellent massage. I had several areas of concern, which were worked on. My neck completely relieved of all pain. 100% recommend. The salon is 5*. Lovely experience all round.

By far one of the worst waxing experiences I have EVER had! I went in 34 weeks pregnant for a Brazilian and went home to find I still had many patches of hair down there! I wouldn’t have walked out if I had known this, it wasn’t until I went home to hold a mirror to that area that I could see the terrible job that had been done! It was one of the most painful treatments I have ever had and I have been getting waxed for many years. When I contacted the salon regarding a refund they refused saying it was not in their policy to refund only to fix the problem, which I was not interested in as I said the treatment was already painful enough and it had already taken me weeks to get in contact with them regarding a refund. After contacting them straight away and a lot of back and forth this is one very unhappy first and only time waxing customer!! I do not recommend going here for any of your waxing treatments as they have no idea about professionally waxing! I also have 3 other friends that go here to get usually get their nails done and those friends will no longer be using them because of the treatment I have been given. Good luck to them!

I just love this place. Cathy and the team are always friendly and helpful and the pedicures are first class. It’s definitely superior to any other salon in and around Cairns.

Went in for an acrylic removal and then manicure on my own nails. Wonderful service, friendly staff, high level of cleanliness and professionalism. Recommend 100%.

I went here and got an hour massage.The whole place has a lovely feel to it, nice and clean, quiet, calm and just clean. Staff were amazing and the massage was amazing also. Would recommend this place every day of the week.
