I ordered some parts for quite an old vehicle. I spoke to Sarah who was excellent. She found the parts that I needed, gave me a couple of different brands with different prices and ordered them in for me, all over the phone, saving me from driving there and getting my young kids out of the car. I received a call the next day to advise they had arrived already which was perfect as we were on a tight deadline. Very fast and knowledgeable transaction. Would recommend.

The guys know their stuff and will happily give advice when asked. Excellent service. Prices might be a little cheaper at other places like SuperCheap, but we're only talking 1%-2%. It's worth shopping here for the customer service, range and wisdom they offer.

Their car park spaces are very small and we have a large 4WD, the reaction from a staff member who came out to get in the work ute that was parked next to us was disgusting. The language he used was offensive and as I was sitting in the car, I heard every word.
