Very poor service. Called in with an electrical problem under warranty, got classic denial we never see that problem here" as if Longreach Toyotas are different to all other Toyotas around the world. Unhelpful

Didn't have the part we needed but Mitsubishi did. Go figure.

I phoned for a quote to replace the engine oil in my 200 Series - no filter, oil only as I do mid service oil changes. Quote - $480. When I questioned the size of the qoute I was told the work would take half an hour and the oil is expensive". Mt Isa Toyota sells 10L of the same oil for $152. Therefore

Oh what a BAD feelingWhat a let downToyota advertise themselves as being out in the bush for bush people.After travelling through 6 towns in outback Qld Sat with problem in current Hilux Diesel arrived Toyota dealer Sat 11.15 am & guy says we do not offer service saturday & keeps talking to his local mate.WAKE UP TOYOTA bush dealer we not looking service with a problem we NEED HELP.They say bush towns going bad and things closing up the sooner you get a Toyota dealer with a different attitude sooner things may improve, there are plenty tourists travelling past.Luckily I found non franchised mechanic in Longreach with better attitude who quickly remedied my problem & the amount of Toyotas getting worked on in his driveway I can understand why he is so busy he has NO opposition from Toyota dealer
