It was a great experience dealing with PTC ! Alex was so nice and easy to deal with, despite having so many people approaching him at once for help, he sorted everyone out smoothly and really knew what he was doing ! I highly recommend PTC bankstown tech hub as my phone was really damaged and he fixed it effectively and efficiently. I am definitely looking forward to seeing them again for future phone cases and accessories!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went back and forth 5 times to have a range of issues that started with a simple screen and battery replacement on 2 iPads - from faulty buttons, to random restarts and a battery that would not fully charge. None of these problems existed before the iPads were opened by PTC. After all that, I'm left with unsatisfactory repairs and in order to get a refund they want to remove the screen and battery without replacing it with the originals they removed! How does that even make sense?! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
