Lively little suburban Italian. Showstopper bruschetta with the freshest, lightest melt in your mouth anchovies - delicious! Service is super slow whilst they work out their flow...be prepared for a wait. Not many prawns in risotto (one whole & a little chopped). Weren't aware of the specials board till paying the bill nor did we see a dessert menu. Nice selection of Italian wines.

Just opened in the heart of Ashgrove, was really impressed with every aspect of this restaurant! Amazing attentive service, delicious food, especially the burrata and squid as entree, then traditional pizzas all round. We were a table of 26 and everything came out together, and I noticed that the rest of the restaurant was equally cared for at the same time. Really impressive for a local restaurant. Would highly recommend and will return. Takeaway also available! Thank you Bella Julia :)

Tried three different pizzas, all were super delicious, traditional thin crust. We chose to take away, but next time we'll dine in, it looks like a sweet little restaurant. Thanks Bella Julia!

A wonderful new addition to Frasers Rd! We ordered takeaway from here for an easy Friday dinner, and while it came to over $50 for two items I was happy to pay that for the quality of food. The diavola pizza was perfectly cooked with a wonderful flavour and my partner particularly loved the prawn risotto, which was packed with chopped prawn throughout. The takeaway menu is much more limited and does not include the specials, so looking forward to dining in next time. Thank you for a lovely meal!

The food was absolutely amazing, even the kids raved. Pizza was so fluffy and delicious. The gnocchi was devine.They accommodated our large party last minute and our waitress was an absolute champion. She double checked everything twice, was super nice, and had a fun personality.I was super slack and forgot the birthday candles so she popped a sparkler on our dessert for the birthday person.We had such a great night, thank you.

Good quality pizza, best we’ve found in local vicinity. However, 45 minute wait for two takeaway pizzas today, despite putting order in online before we got there. Service was cold and functional. Poor atmosphere.

We tried Bella Julia, what a great find. The risotto was one of the best we have ever had, great depth of flavour and super moreish. The charcuterie board was also a perfect entree, the focaccia had a delicious rosemary aroma. This is a new family favourite.

So delicious!Loved trying this new restaurant.My wife is coeliac, and the pizza bases (gluten free) were amazing.Lots of awesome options. Squid was great. Carpaccio was done really well.We'll be back!
