Atlantic Group were fantastic to deal with. Sian was very professional, organised and always there for you. No question was a silly question! She was absolutely great and she even met us on our wedding night to make sure everything was organised to our liking and ensured we were having a great time.On the night of our wedding, the staff at Sketch were fantastic! They were very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. The food was fabulous (as usual) and we received positive comments from all of our guests.Couldn't recommend this company any higher!

The team at the Atlantic Group went above and beyond in hosting my daughters christening. Everything was beyond perfect- the venue, attention to detail, food, beverages and staff members. Our guests were describing our event as “the best christening they had ever been to”. We cannot thank the Atlantic Group enough for making this special occasion to us one that we will all never forget.

It is very unfortunate that I write this review. I normally don’t write reviews at all unless something is extremely wrong.I have paid for my wedding deposit costing upwards of $15,000 to be booked in 2020.Since the closure of the docklands central pier, Atlantic Group can no longer host my wedding event. So I have been trying over 3 months now to try to get my $15,000 deposit back. Emails, mobile phone calls, land line phone calls with no success. I would be lucky if someone picks up or answer the call at their office.When someone does finally answer they would say the “account team” would get back to me...but they NEVER do.Now I have to resort to Consumer Affairs. I would recommend anyone having the same issue to do the same. Get the authorities onto these people because in my eyes the Atlantic group are criminals for not refunding my money!

Food was ok. But definitely not worth the price. We didn't make a booking. So had to wait almost 2 hours for a table. 'The Den' bar downstairs has a lovely atmosphere and the cocktails are pretty good. Have been back to the bar a few times. Will never visit the restaurant again. Staff act like they are too good to serve you which makes the whole experience even worse.

Just wanted to share this it’s been 5 days since my sons wedding at the botanical gardens in melbourne , both my wife and I are still getting text , phone calls and letters to say it’s the best wedding they have ever been to . I as the father would like to thank Hatem Paz and Polly and staff for an amazing night they went far and beyond.Theese guys have been through hell and back during the pandemic and there still there doing the same thing as they did 20 years ago supplied first class service Thank you the Theodossi family

Literally the WORST customer service from any venue / events company I’ve ever dealt with. Weeks of emails, phone calls and no follow up. No sense of urgency.As someone who is qualified in event and wedding management I’m truly embarrassed for their lack of customer / client service.A company like this (with the power of numbers and reputation behind them) should go above and beyond. What I’ve been through (all the chasing around and lack of contact) is ridiculous.I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are so many amazing venues in Melbourne - and all of them seem to actually get back to you within 24-48 hours and provide service with a smile (& sense of urgency and importance).

Delicious and generous Father's Day hamper in Covid lockdown Melbourne. Was super easy to prepare a wonderful four course dinner for our family. Gave us a lift in this difficult time". So much food that we kept some for next day. There have been many news reports about other companies FD hampers not arriving
