Absolutely best shop to buy playing cards and board games. A huge range of products, and an exceptional staff. I was checking out the playing cards and the staff approached me offering me to try the decks I was looking at. Most shops don't let you try out there products before buying it so it was great to try. After dropping the cards multiple times the staff simply laughed and handed them back to me. This shop is by far one of my favorites in Geelong.

I wish I could recommend this place, walked in, staff didn't even look at or say hello, too busy playing a card game at the counter, spent a good 5min in store before walking out, staff didn't seem to care that potential customers walked in and walked out again as card games were more important than making the store money.I would have loved to buy but if staff cannot even be bothered to say Hello to you as you walk in then why spend your money with them? Looks like I will just have to shop elsewhere for what I want.They will respond saying too hard to work out if people need help or want to be left alone as it's hard to read body language, first rule of customer service is to at least say hello to every customer that walks in and after ex amount of time ask if they need some help but card games are more important.extremely poor.

We are so fortunate to have this place in Geelong as there isn’t many options to purchase chess sets or pieces. High quality stock with great prices.

Great selection of boardgames from Monopoly to Dungeons & Dragons and everything in between, not only board games but so much more.The staff are all very knowledgeable, and a great help when picking your next boardgame.

Lots of designer games here from Gloomhaven, Wonderlands War, Pandemic, Isle of Cats, Splendor and lots more.. Friendly and helpful staff too!

I have been a customer here over many years. Often buying board games and puzzles at Christmas time and for Birthdays. In the last few weeks I have been in a few times and have bought both paint and games. Staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Even during lockdown offering to deliver my pre-lockdown order was well above any expected level of customer service. Yes you do pay slightly more than on line. But they have member points you can redeem AND more importantly to me, they are a local business. Given how tough things have been with all the covid-19 stuff I'm wrapped they are still going strong. Will continue to support.

Good Selection of Games and collectible card decks - Service is hit 'n miss.Quite often you'll be ignored for an uncomfortable period of time.The younger staff are very knowledgeable. Mid to High range pricing (keep in mind that Target & Big W are only a short stroll from this store)
