Tracey invests time identifying sources of pain and discomfort and tailors home care plans to help address both short and long term goals. She plans each treatment thoroughly with me and she has provided me with immeasurable amounts of relief from muscle pain and tension. After battling an injury for months and trying numerous treatments, I decided to see a massage therapist. I am so thankful that therapist was Tracey! After my first appointment, I felt better than I had in months. I have returned for several more treatments and cannot recommend Tracey highly enough. She exudes professionalism by explaining what she will be doing and why before starting. Her knowledge astounds me, and I leave every appointment learning something new. Tracey is a true professional and the best in her field. She is always researching the evidence to provide the most effective and up to date service for her clientele. I recently had an injury to my knee which caused considerable swelling and pain. Tracey has been providing me with Manual Lymphatic Drainage to my knee and body to assist the recovery. The results have been phenomenal! My swelling reduced tremendously overnight, I had less pain and increased range of motion. I had the MLD pre and post surgery and the proof is in the pudding. My knee has healed so quickly thanks to Tracey. In addition to this, she has kept the rest of my body in check and worked on the tension created by the assymetry of the inability to use one leg properly. I cannot recommend Tracey more highly!
