Awful customer service. I called this service to make a booking. The guy was so rude. He ended up telling me he couldn't help for another 40 to 45 min and hung up on me. What a shame. These people should not offer this type of service if they lack people skills.

Booked via text for Sunday morning pickup from the Basin campground, Guy was exactly on time, had no issues with our camping gear and helped us unload. Would recommend.

I use Palm Beach Water Taxis on a regular basis. Guy is always quick to respond and confirm, clear with communication and always on time and with a smile on his face. He is a pleasure to deal with, the taxi is always clean and easy to load and unload equipment. Highly recommend this service.

Strongly recommend to not use this guy. He drove off on us as we were trying to get our luggage and four young kids onto the wharf to embark. Left us stranded. I don’t think customer service industry is the right one for him. I thought he was rude on the phone when booking and I was a bit worried with the reviews, but then I thought maybe just gruff? But no, very rude and a hot head.

This guy is amazing. He went over and above what was required. We were stranded on Mothers Day and really needed help. He called the Water Police for us, organised gates to be opened in the National park to retrieve our vehicle and honesty we could have been in real trouble without him. We are all so grateful and will most definitely recommend him and use him whenever we can. All we can say is a huge THANK YOU!

Read the other reviews and was a bit hesitant prior, but he was good. Got us to our destination fast, no problem. 45 for the trip, worth it in my opinion if there is a few of you and you haven't got that much time.

Had the most beautiful experience with this kind person. I had taken my son to hospital in an ambulance and needed to get back to my boat late in the evening. He came and picked us up and took us over and then refused to charge me even when I tried to insist. I highly recommend his taxi service and found him to be very personable and kind hearted. What a professional service.

I was hesitant to use these services based on the previous reviews. The coxswain may be a bit curt or rough around the edges but he delivered a timely, accommodating and professional service to me today, and I will not hesitate to use them again the future.
