Richtek Electrical, Plumbing, Grouting & Roofing

I had 4 different quotes for the same roofing job. Most quotes were between 3 to 4k where as Richtek quoted me 11k. I will never try get their service again after they tries to take me for a ride

Friend called to enquire whether installation of antenna's and points were a service my details were provided no one called me back.I telephoned a day later gave my details and an appointment was scheduled between 2 to 5pm. Telephoned at 3.30 to check status of when technician arriving was told sorry booking not in system. Poor customer service have booked elsewhere.

Had these guys come out for a quote on replacing three roof sheets where we were removing an evaporative air conditioning unit off our roof. Was quoted $6000.
We decided to price up the sheets ourselves and were shocked to discover 3 sheets cut to size and delivered to our property including a 100 new screws would be $450. How can he justify $6000.
Absolute rip off, sad think these people exist and are still in business. Avoid at all costs!!!Would give negative stars if possible.I understand making profit, but there’s profit and then there is outright theft.

Amazingly prompt and efficient service. Had hot water pressure issues and they turned up on time and fixed quickly. Pete was super friendly and very helpful. Gave me some great advice, so I will be in contact soon for a full service on my hot water system. Thanks Pete

Simon attended our property to assist us with our gas bayonet issue. He was a true professional who not only turned up on time but was also very knowledgeable. I would recommend Richtek to anyone who would need to use their services and hope they get Simon to assist.

Although the plumbers who attended were polite and on time, this company is outrageously expensive. Also, when repairing/replacing partially waste for kitchen sink the plumbers only fitted the bare minimum of pipe and didn’t bother to ensure it was flowing into the sewer system. The rubber coupling between the original pipe and PVC was not done up. The y also ran a new gas line but did not leak check nor provide us with any certification stating works carried out. Very disappointed- definitely would NOT recommend at all despite all their advertising.

Called up at 7:30 on a Friday morning to request someone to look at what I think was some blocked pipes. I was told that someone would arrive between 10 and 2 that day which I was happy with. I then got a call saying the plumber was running late and would arrive after 2pm. Then at 3:30, I received a call from the plumber stating he wouldn't be able to mate the appointment. He mentioned a blocked drain is a blocked drain, therefore a special truck was needed. Be aware this was stated over the phone and hadn't looked at the problem in person. The cost of this truck was $1485 and I'd need to pay 50% deposit to book in. I called another plumber which came on time that same day. He fixed the blockage for $160. I called Richtek as the adverts seem to work but ill never use them or recommend this company. To quote a job over the phone and my whole day was wasted waiting for an unexistant appointment is nothing to be proud of.

We recently moved into our new house and noticed how dark the master ensuite was. We contacted Richtek for advice on how to brighten the room and a bit worried about installing new lights recently after moving into a new house. The professional and styling advice provided was reassuring and they came out the same day we had called. The electrician was finished within 20 minutes, cleaned up after himself and it looks like it’s always been there. Very happy with their professionalism & efficiency.

My elderly Mum had a blocked shower and was having trouble getting a plumber out. I messaged Richtek on Saturday (on their website) they followed up by a phone call to book a quote on the Monday and fixed on Tuesday. Quick and excellent service. Thanks to Brody and team. Highly recommend

I got a downlight installed in my walk in shower by the guys at Ricktek and couldn't be happier with their service. They had one of their teams out to install the light within a couple of hours of me contacting them and installed within 20 minutes. The tradies were friendly, efficient and left the area spotless. Will definitely be using them again for any electrical work needed and would highly recommend them.
