Have had a couple of experiences (had one just this afternoon) dealing with this mobile phone repairs and accessories shop in Woodcroft Village. A through gentleman to deal with, both honest and polite... and, a pleasant smile on his face.I am a Woodcroft resident. Should any in this neighbourhood have any issue with their mobile phones, I'd personally suggest R&N Communications to provide you with their unparalleled service.CB

This shop does not even deserve one star it is that bad and that badly managed they lost my iPad for several weeks telling me that I did not hand it to them. They never give you receipts or proof of purchase they charge you so overpriced you buy one thing off them and is that does not work they talk you into purchasing a much more expensive same item and that one still doesn’t work I have had nothing but trouble. I am going to consumer affairs and every other organisation that can deal with this person that does not know what he’s talking about gives you all the wrong information and just hopes for the best that you don’t know the real information I do not recommend anybody ever going to that store danger stay away

Do not go here. We paid $350 for iPad screen to be replaced. Within 1 month, the screen stopped working. We took it back. It Was replaced. Within another month it happened again. They replaced it again. Then this time the whole screen went black out of no where. They sent it off to investigate. Rang us after a week saying it was a faulty screen so they were happy to fix it. Another week passes and then they tried to say it wasn’t there problem and wanted another $250 to fix it. This was all within 3 months of the first screen. Super dodgy!!!! We will be go to the ACCC about this placeDo not use this place.

Do not go to these people to get your phone fixed took my phone there to have the glass repaired And when I collected my phone my fingerprint wouldn't work when I asked them about it they made every excuse under the sun and refused to take responsibility for it and had the hide to want to charge me $170 to have it fixed

Put my SAMSUNG S8 working perfectly fine only had a smashed screen to get fixed. 03/08/2018. Was in there for 7 days then went and picked it up (10/08/18) to find that the camera isn’t working and I took it back and was told I would have to pay $90 on top of be $400 I just paid for the screen to be repaired. Which I was ok with and then on 15/08/18 I called to go pick up my sim card to put in the replacement phone I luckily didn’t have to pay for. And the shop owner told me that he had LOST MY SIMCARD!! which was annoying but nothing I can do, but then on the 15/08/18 I paid pre paid credit of $50 for. Which then got inconvenient for a SIM card that the shop owner had LOST. Whilst the phone without a SIM card is still in the shop under impression getting fixed as the shop owner said he was waiting on parts that he had ordered to fix the camera. On 21/08/18 the shop owner called to say that he CAN NOT fix the phone and to come pick it up. 22/08/18 I am standing here right now at 7:40pm asking the shop owner to write a receipt to say that HE lost the sim card whilst being in his responsibility so I can get a new sim card and explain to my provider what happened so I can be reimbursed the $50 prepaid credit. The shop owner offered to give me a $2 sim starter pack but refused to write a receipt or reimburse me himself. THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY PHONE BECAUSE I WAS ASKING FOR A RECEIPT AND THAT HE IS CLOSING NOW AND TO COME BACK TOMORROW. When he is advertised open till 8pm.

Worst place to go to fixed my phone and my Face ID and back camera wouldn’t work. Specific worker there looks more for conversations than listening to what a customer wants . Screen popped off a few days after fixing 0/10
