Property Only

Poor experience. Rental property listed as 3 bedrooms. Registered for inspection. Received an email stating the inspection and property was no longer available. however property remained on website. Day of inspection I called to find out too see if inspection was still going ahead. The pleasant lady could not find any information on the property inspection. I then asked for the corresponding agent's number. Number was disconnected. I arrive to property and find no agent (no problem I suppose seeing as it was cancelled"). Tentant informs me that there was inspection planned however

Property Only's professionalism was evident from the moment they gained management of my now formerly rented unit shortly after its sale. I appreciated the welcome call and personal introduction.I am quite sad to lose Property Only as my property manager despite being excited to move to a new place.What sets Property Only's team apart is not only the attention to detail and professionalism, but also the personable service.I had a bad experience with my previous property manager who unfortunately bordered on hostile in all dealings with me. It left me feeling second rate because I rented - no matter how much I met my obligations as a tenant.So it was a breath of fresh air when Property Only took over. It's a credit to the team and I sincerely thank them and wish their business all the best.What Property Only gets right is good old-fashioned customer service and treating people like people. It goes such a long way.

Very awful

Following my experiences as a tenant with many property management firms in NSW and QLD, I can say with confidence the superior service given by the Property Only team to Owners and Tenants alike, is excellent.

After working with other property managers on the coast and being disappointed, it has been a pleasure to work with the people at property only.
