My friends father (who is a deaf elderly pensioner) brought me a Blowtorch for my birthday from this store and was served by Eveyln who falsely told her that it came with gas and also sold her a box that was tampered with and had no instructions.When she went back they told her that they don't sell it with gas and funnily enough grabbed instructions from another sealed box. so if you missing instructions I have it.I live in Brisbane so this was very inconvenient and worse the staff including the manager did not care and showed no empathy.Terrible customer service :(
