Natural Beauty Nails Salon

I'm not sure how I feel about this. The end result is ok, but I the person who removed my previous nails managed to drill one thumb nail so hard it bled. ripped my other thumb nail completely in half and the drill nicked the skin around one little finger...Which is now throbbing. Said person used a plastic nail to shoehorn what acrylic was left off my natural nail bed, like she was in a hurry. Still hurts hours later. No apology for drilling my thumbnail so hard it bled. The first person who started on my nails thought it was amusing I needed 2 bowls and not one to soak my nails in. I won't be going back.

Best nail salon! Always so happy with my nails. Never had any problems with breakage or lifting. Am definitely going to be coming back every month ☺️

Absolutely the best nail salon around. Great service perfect nails that never lift. They always last in between visits. I get so many lovely comments about how beautiful my nails always look. Highly recommended and I will always keep coming back.

My sister went in and got her nails done, the acrylic was lifting off 3 nails after 4 days and neither of them where happy with the outcome of their nails and when going into to ask for a refund and or fix them, they refused and said there nails where to short and that's why they were lifting. If I could put 0 stars for this business I would, definitely do not go there and find somewhere else.

After having a pleasant experience on Tuesday afternoon (11/10/2022) getting a full set of Acrylic nails followed by French tips and finding the staff to be very friendly and informative.Two days after my nail appointment I noticed on a few fingers my real nail starting to peel away from the acrylic nail, my sister was able to fit her own nail between the gap. I spoke with family members/a beautician in the family who said I should go back to the store and they would redo my nails as this certainly wasn’t normal.Today (14/10/2022) I popped into the store thinking it would be a quick fix, but to be told by the gentleman and lady that it wasn’t in fact peeling away, my nail grows downwards and they are perfectly fine. They then proceeded to ask how many times I’ve had acrylic nails because maybe my lack of experience means I wasn’t aware this happens.I’m extremely unhappy, I feel that they picked on my inexperience with acrylic nails and made me fee quite frankly stupid.I will not be recommending this company to any friends/family in the future.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been too. I will never go anywhere else again. They're always friendly and always take pride in their work. When I have broken a nail they fix it free of charge. You guys are the best thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter had her nails done here and on the advise of the nail technician she had acrylics applied. Within 4 days, three of the nails are lifting. When she returned and requested that they be fixed the owner initially claimed it was normal for nails to do this and is now claiming it is her fault and she shouldn't have had acrylics applied. I have my nails done regularly and this is definately not normal, my nails rarely lift and if they do my regular nail place is more than happy to fix them. Don't waste your money!

So thrilled with this salon. For years I had nails done that would fall off etc. Dom and Lana go the extra mile. The quality of their work is amazing.
