Terrible installers are used by this store. I had vinyl flooring laid in April 2021. Had asked for the flooring to be tucked under the existing skirting. Was told that was not possible and that a trim would be placed against the skirting to hide the flooring. Turns out that the installer is just lazy and preferred to make short cuts.They were able to tuck it under doors, so it is clear they just wanted the faster option. Over the next few weeks the trim pieces began popping off as they were poorly secured with nails into the existing skirting, which has brick directly behind it. Contacted the store to complain and was told they will send the installers out to re-fasten them. Opted not to have them back out as it is clear they have terrible workmanship and did not want them further damaging the skirting.Due to their negligence I was later left with a leaking pipe as the installers nailed directly into a water pipe. As the mail slowly came loose it was not discovered until a year later when I had flooding in my corridor. I had to get an emergency plumber out who found one of their nails in a pipe.Save your money. Go to someone else who knows what they are doing. I was left with a $1000 bill for a plumber and horrendous gaps around the perimeter as they could not be bothered to take it all the way to the wall.I now have to pay another flooring company to come fix these horrendous floors and gaps left by a terrible installation.Had someone else out to quote and they were shocked at the terrible install quality.

Great experience with the professionals that had all the knowledge and guidance needed. Would safely say I would recommend this company to friends and family.

We have used Choices Flooring for several jobs required by our real estate office - Ben and the team are prompt, professional and friendly. We had an urgent job last week, and they arranged the quote and install within days, leaving the site clean and tidy with no fuss. Would highly recommend this business. Don't return calls, called me a liar, cancelled a job I had booked in by calling into the branch (with photos of repair required). This was supposedly booked in while I was there.When I checked the day before the repairs were due the booking a magically disappeared. I was told there was no booking (called a lair) by a rude, nasty, belligerent office person. Totally let me down. Don't expect any service here.

The staff at Choices Baldhills were great but the installer they contracted to do my floor was terrible. He had to come back multiple times to fix things and clean up. I had to get a painter in to repair the damage done to skirting boards. And I am still finding edging that is lifting away because it hasn’t been glued down properly. Very disappointed with the end product.

The installer of our carpet that was purchased at Choices Flooring from Bald Hills was fantastic. HUGE shout out to Grant from Knights Flooring for his professionalism, understanding, common courtesy and talent in installing the product as promised. He went above and beyond his job, doing the job of others to make sure we had what was promised from Choices Flooring installed when road blocks were placed in front of him. Very impressed and grateful customer here, thanks Grant from Knights Flooring!

We are thrilled with our new carpets in our flood effected bedrooms as well as the service we have received from Choices Flooring. While movement on the job was slow due to Insurance Co delays we received very prompt action from Choices once the job was ready to proceed. We appreciated calls from Carmen to check on progress during our long wait and once the green light was given, it took only a few days for the work to begin. The layers were very quick and neat and left the rooms in an immaculate condition as well as the area outside where they cut the carpet to size. Thankyou Choices Flooring. We won't hesitate to use this company again.

Awesome job done by Ben and the team at Choices Bald hills organising my vinyl planks, the preparation side of things scared me cost wise, but it was what needed to be done as my floor wasn’t the best. Very thankful I decided to pay the extra $ on preparation or else my floor definitely wouldn’t look as good as it does now - Grant from Knights Flooring definitely knows what he is doing, exceptional work from him and planks look absolutely awesome!Thanks guys
