DO NOT SHOP HERE. Male staff have zero boundaries. Machines not able to dispense cash. Kept waiting and then l left without groceries. NEVER AGAIN

Just moved to the area. Very poor cleanliness, hygiene and stock rotation.Self service check outs always dirty.Milk on shelves expired 2 days ago. When we approached the staff, their response was we don't have any others available". Apparently that is a good enough excuse to sell expired products."

I ordered 3 x 2l milk. They arrived but all had a use by date of today. Not impressed. We will not be able to consume 6l of milk in one day. So annoying and a waste of money :-(

The self checkouts look like they’ve never been cleaned (always gunk all over the touch screens), always out of stock of something. This week they’ve been completely out of stock of chicken breast for four days, with no sign explaining why/when they’ll restock. Always low staffed and the place is becoming a mess. At this point even the small convenience store across the road has more stock than they do…

Loving this new Metro for its convenience and fresh food selection. Recommendations to get it to 4 or even 5 stars: Seriously rethink your choice of music and your target market, or at least bring the volume down to 10% of where it is currently at; and make a plan with flies in the sushi production and fresh seafood sections. The staff are friendly and you cannot beat its prime location. Amazing potential.

Bad management, I have not had just one bad experience here but several, with many of the products I have bought here being either moldy or out of date, I can not stress enough, for your own safety STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! not to mention the times I have walked in only to be pooed on by pigeons and other furry friends nesting above the aisles. I AM NOT JOKING.

Nice selection but very odd layout! We thought they didn’t have coffee but finally found it around a corner in an alcove-like space. We’re about to give up finding other items and discovered a whole other large section in the back! We thought it was the storeroom at first. They carry good items, including prepared foods (pies, rolls, sushi, etc) but layout is confusing. Some biscuits were in front section (maybe higher end, specialty ones?) with a larger selection in the back half. Prices seemed reasonable. Checkout area a bit squeezy but it worked. I think once you got used to layout, it would be a great neighbourhood market
