I needed my lounge suite to be cleaned and conditioned. Elliott was both friendly and informative. He did a great job and my lounge transformed before my eyes. The before and after photos helped me to show family members but the could already see the difference. Very happy with the result and will use The Leather Doctor again in the future.

Had a Plush snuggle chair re-webbed and re-padded today. Elliot did an amazing job. He was very methodical, friendly and explained each step as he prepared to do them. He was tidy and cleaned up as he went.After previously having a rip in a leather recliner chair repaired by the Leather Doctor and very happy with the results, I had no hesitation in asking for a quote and getting them to complete the repairs to this chair. Very happy with both of the results and highly recommend The Leather Doctor.

Well I will just say less than impressed.It’s not about the cost it’s the fact I was led to believe it would have been a much better outcome considering the damaged piece was complete and intact.Very disappointed.

Your Technician came on the 3/4 only good thing was he arrived an hour earlier than the appointed time. Knowing that I was unable to get the one chair back into normal position, he did not come with a new motor to fix the problem straight away. I have not heard anything from you or Harvey Norman, since the 3/4 as a result I have cancelled my order and want the product returned to Harvey Norman. I have also lodged a formal complaint with Harvey Norman Head office.
