If I could give lush designer events a 0 I would. The worst service and experience ever. Everything I payed for and asked for on my wedding day was not done and everything that they did do was completely WRONG They took no responsibility for their mistakes. They have now have stopped replying to all messages and have not been helpful.Totally unprofessional and they have no idea what they’re doing terrible work. Everyone in the indusyry will soon learn just how terrible they are and they won’t lastDisgusting !!!!!!!

An actual scam artist, said she’d refund us well over 2 months ago in writing and had completely ignored our messages. Said she’d have the money to us by a date more than 2 occasions and nothing. The last thing we need in the lead up to our wedding. Please avoid at absolutely all cost.

Have reported Antonia and Lush Designer Events to Fair Trading.We've been in contact with former clients who have also been scammed. Stay away.

Be wary of this supplier. They ask for a bond but do not refund once the goods are returned. We had to get the Department of Fair Trading involved after waiting for 9 months for bond refund and only had a partial refund when a complaint was lodged with them.

Lushdesigner events styled my wedding. Leading up to the wedding they seemed very professional and promised to deliver the world. On the day of the wedding, half the stuff i paid for wasn't provided. My flowers turned up 3 hours late and dead. The quality of her products were all worn out and stunk like BO and smoke. I had to spray the drapes and mannequin with glen 20 and keep the window open because the smell was unbearable. At the reception, so many things were missing and despite my very detailed and specific shared notes, this was explained as a miss understanding" .. even though i was invoiced for the missing items.
