We had Matt and Niall and they were absolutely fantastic movers! They took such good care of all our items, properly wrapped them up with blankets and strapped them into the truck, and were wizards with storage box tetris. They were both super professional and hardworking (they were moving for about 7 hours straight!) that we could not be more thrilled with their work ethic. Such absolute gentleman! Highly recommend.

- several items missing- several items are broken- heavy boxes placed on fragile items- they chase you for money you already paid- incompetent and rude customer service- insurance is non existent with fragile, regardless your payment and documentationIf you don’t value your stuff and would just like to pay d-k heads, this is the company you should choose. If not, stay the hell away. Plenty of honest and trustworthy removals out there.. but not this bunch of crooks

I used fragile removal removal and storage through Muval for my interstate move from Melbourne the Sydney. The service has been excellent, they were really careful with my items, they kept me informed and turned up on time. Highly recommended for interstate removal, it has been such a relief to see all my items arriving in Sydney safe and intact!

Never use Fragile RemovalsSmashed sideboard, smashed pictures, smashed table-contractor on arrival said everything was badly packed, Moved from Melbourne to Queensland. Fragile accept responsibility on phone and then when cost of replacement items discussed they backtracked and are now not discussing anything. Pay peanuts get monkeys-my suggestion is to go with a company that is a bit more expensive. We are beginning legal proceedings as the damage bill is mounting as we unpack more things.Incentivised ReviewNo

Do not use this company, they did the 1st half of the job taking way the furniture but didnt bother to schedule the return, I checked with the initial crew and they confirmed that someone would be back 2 days later. It didnt happen and we had a Open home that afternoon. My 80 year old father and I carried all that furniture back in ourselves. Their resaponse? Still waiitng.....
