Happy with the products that we bought in store. The Split entertainment system looks good under my 75'' Samsung TV. To match the TV unit, I bought the Capri coffee table in dark oak. Looks good in our living room. Dan was very helpful and also delivered the items pretty quickly. I would recommend.

I purchased a large entertainment unit online and when unboxing it I noticed that a piece was damaged. After contacting Home Living Store a replacement peice was promptly sent without fuss and arrived sooner than I expected during the busy Christmas week. So rare to find customer service like this today.

Every experience I have had with this company has been 5 stars. Their selection of furniture is reasonably priced, they offer a great delivery service but most of all their customer service has been exceptional to deal with. I made an error with my order and was able to have the problem rectified promptly. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I bought an entertainment unit from them on 1.5.2013. It was delivered to me and arrived damaged. I have contacted them and notified them of the damage (on 10.5.23 and again on 12.5.23) but no response or no refund has been offered. They don't even reply to your emails once they're aware of the damage. These guys don't stand behind their product or delivery. I would never buy from them again and I would recommend the same to everyone. Leaving this review here since no-one from the team responded to my emails.Update:Finally received a good response from the team and previous e-mails were not delivered due to some technical issues. Half the original price is now refunded by staff and I am grateful they backed their product, therefore the review has now been updated to 5 stars.
