Absolutely On Time Electrical was able to fit in a quote in a short time. Nathan from Absolutely On Time Electrical turned up to do the quote on time. He was friendly and professional.Nathan returned with Mitchell to do the Starlink installation. Again, on time and both were friendly and professional and did a thorough installation. They made sure Starlink was up and running before they left.The cost of the installation was a bit high but what swayed us to go ahead with the installation was the 5 year warranty.

Every time I connected with your team, nothing was ever a problem. I had to change dates a couple of times because of Covid and again, this was met with a warmth and understanding. Mitch who completed the work was friendly, efficient and on time. Nothing was a problem. I love the communication between this business and the customer. You always know where you stand. We did pay a premium I am sure but I am happy to pay for great service and the resulting end product. I wish more businesses would follow this simple customer focused model. I loved it.

Mitch and Nathan were the ultimate professionals when they installed two ceiling fans, an exhaust fan, and two downlights in my home. They are very knowledgeable about their profession and we were totally at ease that they would do a great job. They cleaned and tidied after themselves and left us very satisfied customers, so much so that we are having them back to do more work for us.

Whole experience with Absolutely On Time Electrical was great. Setting up a quote was very easy. The two electricians were very prompt and easy to communicate what work was needed to get done. They were efficient and explained everything to us and cleaned up afterwards. John came back to fix a small problem with one of the lights free of charge and came back again to do a bigger job with a pendant light above a staircase and we love what he did! Will continue to use this company.

Very straightforward booking process, Tyler was on time and nothing was too much trouble. I loved the arrival tracker- gave me enough time to feed the dogs and get them out of the way before the job began. Really happy with the job done and will definitely book again for future jobs.
