Jake was the only personal trainer who could get me results and I tried a few. He puts your interest and goals the priority and gets you results whilst considering work, life, health etc. I have been training with Jake for awhile and not only have I lost over 25kg but have become so much stronger and fitter. Along with results, Jake gives you knowledge on nutrition and how to improve while still enjoying the foods you like. Highly recommend!!!

Jake is an incredibly talented personal trainer/coach. He has a unique personalised approach to health and helping you achieve your goals. I have lost 20kgs in under 5 months from 95-75kgs. But more than that I have learnt so much about how to train, why we train, how to change my lifestyle so I don’t yo yo diet. This in turn has helped me on so many other levels, professionally, in my relationships and my mental health has never been healthier. I would highly recommend Jake and invest in your health.

Do you want to know what the difference between losing weight and not losing weight? The difference is Jake. As a woman with PCOS I just couldn’t move the weight on my own. I tried diet and exercising and got absolutely no where. Since starting with Jake a measly 3 months ago I have already lost and KEPT OFF 10% of my body weight. I genuinely could not have done it without him and his constant support and motivation. He not only focuses on achieving results but ensures he does it not at the expense of your enjoyment of life or mental health. I would recommend him day after day to anyone. With Jake the only thing you truly have to regret is not starting sooner.
