Burson Auto Parts Winnellie
We have an account with Burson Australia. As a result we purchase from various stores Australia wide, sales and service is usually pretty good, however I have recently had a couple of really bad service experiences in the Winnellie Darwin store. Both bad experiences have been rudely and abruptly spoken to, completely unnecessarily, by the same sales person both times. Someone needs a holiday or some anger management! I'm in customer service myself, and this attitude from a particular sales person is completely unacceptable. So much so I'm considering taking our business elsewhere. Yes there are other options!
