Scam company takes your money and still waiting for blinds

Great blinds, Damien and his colleague did a fantastic job in measuring up, quoting and installation of a number of blinds in my town house, couldn't be happier with the products but has failed me in his after sales service. A number of blinds still need winders and after many many days of waiting for delivery, even ordering and paying for another blind hoping the parts would be delivered, a disgruntled Damien returned and installed the blind but not with the missing winders. Haven't heard from him since, I have more blinds to be done but will have to look somewhere else, which disappoints me. I know that time is money but so is customer satisfaction and a little more could have gone a long way

No after sales service. Had blinds installed and no response from them when issues arise. Would not recommend!
