New masseuse maybe? Went in for a relaxation massage. Back massage was very soft, when the lower half of the massage started she weirdly positioned my legs and hurt my hip joints. Then she finished off with an extremely hard pressure massage on temples and upper neck that resulted in a 5 day headache. Would not recommend. Did more harm than good!!

Fantastic masseuses here. I’ve been many times and rarely disappointed. Karen, Emily, and Ruby are all especially good. Nice people, too.

Emma was an excellent masseuse and I had tightness in my neck and lower back from travelling on aeroplanes and sleeping in different beds recently. Highly recommend

I thought she was going to do acupuncture in my neck and then massage my back. She then left the room; I kept expecting her to return. More than 30 minutes passed and I realised the “massage “component was over. Frustrated, I removed the acupuncture needles myself, got dressed and left.The therapist was on her mobile as I left, she smiled I insincerely and proceeded to say that I agreed to the acupuncture. I explained that I wanted a one hour remedial massage and that was what I paid for. She stood in my way as I left the reception area and angrily said she would provide me with a massage; I told her that I would not stay nor would I ever return again.I have no issue with having acupuncture, if that is what I requested. In this instance, I did not. The therapist was lazy, disinterested in helping me and did not communicate well. In addition, the towels in the treatment room were dirty and oily.I have encountered many remedial massage businesses and am well positioned to compare this with others and sadly, this business fares poorly. I would not recommend them at all.

I have the most amazing massage with Ruby. She is so attentive from the beginning to the end. I came in with all the knots on my shoulders and neck and walked out feeling a million bucks!
